Hot air goes into the spin flash dryer tower tangentially through the drying tower bottom, after which you can forms high-speed spinning air-flow inside the drying tower. The annulus is adjusted to supply the proper air speed in line with material properties.

Material which is dried is fed in to the drying tower directly by way of a screw feeder,then dispersing and spinning in a high-speed along with the air movementinside of the drying tower in order to create a stable fluidized bed which guarantees the very low final moisture and avoids the merchandise from being affected by the fluctuation of the initial moisture.In addition to this, the blades can also classify the particles and ensure the required residence time.
